Wonderful book for 4 and 5 years old. Grandchildren love it. Teaches children the joy of giving and receiving. He didn't have many friends and the tree was his friend and shared its shade and apples

Overall housekeeping, cleaning - even straightening your closets. Even talks about how people needs to clean out things so their house isn't so cluttered. It is all about clutter.

Past culture reviews dark secrets when someone dies....a young girl discovers a way to break through the customs of the past. It's hard enough to lose your grandmother but to have to suffer again to comply with the old laws was more than she wanted to do.

Joel has written a great story based on prophecy as it is found in the Bible. He very skilfully weaves a plausible story around the events that will take place before and ultimately leading up to the tribulation. Joel creates fictional characters that the reader could easily identify with in everyday life. It remains to be seen if his interpetation is 100% accurate. However, when Joel submits a draft of a new book, the American Military needs to review it first, then it can be published. Enjoy the book.
